Early Years

My name is Pushpa (Preeya), and I was born in a small village where my family once enjoyed a comfortable life. However, from an early age, I witnessed the challenges that would shape my journey.

Early Struggles

Due to unfortunate circumstances, my family faced severe hardships, including a lack of adequate food, shelter, and clothing. My brother, mother, and I endured significant struggles, primarily because my father, who battled alcoholism, squandered our property and earnings.

Despite not having a formal education, my mother took on the responsibility of providing for us, demonstrating remarkable strength and resilience in the face of adversity.

Education

My educational journey was far from smooth. It started out incomplete, and I faced many obstacles along the way. However, with the help of a few generous people, I managed to complete a regular graduation, though it came with breaks. Later, I went on to pursue a diploma in computers, which was a turning point in my life.

Early Career

This all started when I joined an organization as a receptionist. At that time, I wasn’t even confident in speaking proper English. But I learned on the job, and with the support of my CEO, Rajan, I was able to enroll in a computer diploma course. This course has since become a cornerstone of my career, allowing me to earn a living and support my beloved family—my mom, dad, and brother.
Prior to this, I was drawing a meager salary of 2,000 rupees a month. In my school days, I was often irregular because I had to work to help feed my family. My first job earned me just 100 rupees, and together with my mother and brother, we faced many tough days. Our meals were often limited to just one a day—sometimes not even that.

In those early years, I worked in an STD booth, a Xerox shop, and a courier office, constantly striving to help my family survive. The journey was hard, but it taught me the value of resilience, determination, and the importance of education. Today, I am grateful that my hard work and the support of those around me have allowed me to create a better life for myself and my family.

Expanding Horizons

My dedication led me to extend my support to students with different challenges, from cerebral palsy to dyslexia, each experience enriching my understanding.

A Beacon of Hope

Through numerous exams written, I witnessed the transformative power of education for those facing unique obstacles, inspiring me to continue this impactful work.

Changing Lives

With over 1,070+ exams under my belt, I have seen firsthand the positive ripple effects of my actions, bringing light and opportunity to those in need.

Future Dreams

Looking ahead, I aspire to reach even more individuals, breaking barriers and fostering inclusivity through my commitment to serving others.
